How long will it take for my orders to arrive and where does Botanic Pretti5 ship from?

International shipment usually takes between 7-21 business days but it varies for each country. 

*Destination postal operations are still under the influence of the pandemic and delays in mail delivery are expected.

When will my order ship?

We process and ship out orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped on the next business day following your order.
 

Once the order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information within 24 hours via email. 

Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

Is my package subject to customs fees and/or duty tax?

1. No import tax is imposed for US order with value less than USD800 per order.

2. Other international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them.
